About
This blog is a collection of my global health experiences before, during, and after medical school.
The majority of the posts are my observations as a Peace Corps volunteer living in Namibia – the people, culture, food, environment, and neighboring countries I travelled to.
There is also a section on my time in Bolivia working with el Instituto para el Desarrollo Humano doing HIV research and human rights work. I did a lot of traveling in Bolivia so there is lots of travel advice.
Finally, in true culinary medicine form, I will be learning how to cook and grow healthy and local foods along the way. I hope you enjoy!
